Weekend hacking: Linux on the iPAQ

A while ago I bought an iPaq 4350 off a friend for a reasonable price with the intention of getting Linux on it. But after some fiddling I got dragged away to other things and hadn’t done much with it. But I’ve been following the mailing list and some recent progress inspired me to get it out again.
